Gailey Associates, Inc. serves process locally, statewide and nationally through our network of contacts. Many of our service of process clients come to us to when their process server or prior investigation firm have failed to complete the service. Our investigators will conduct research to confirm we have the most current address for the subject, will work to find a photo of the subject for identification and will follow the leads to effectuate the service. When necessary with a subject who is actively evading service, we will obtain client approval and conduct a stake out in order to personally serve the subject. We can handle service of process on short notice and do not charge a rush fee.

Our firm has licensed private investigators who are also Registered Process servers which allows us to serve restraining orders and judgment debtor examination orders in California.
